Guide for Students in Public Health 

This page is for students pursuing or exploring a Public Health program within the Health Sciences Meta-Major. The Public Health major is non-selective and does not require a separate application process.

 

Choices you make during your time at Hartnell will help you complete your degree or certificate in order to immediately begin your career or transfer to complete a bachelor's degree at a four-year university.

DISCOVER PUBLIC HEALTH

  • Meet with a counselor to discuss your education plan and determine courses to be transfer- or career-ready.

  • Community health worker
  • Wellness coordinator

  • Emergency and disaster preparedness
