1205 Disclaimer on Cost of Printing Candidates Statements
Pursuant to Section 10012, Elections Code, it
shall be the policy of the Governing Board that the cost of printing
written statements by Governing Board candidates in the voters'
pamphlet or other materials sent to each voter on behalf of a candidate
shall not be paid by the District. The candidate's statement shall
be limited to 200 words.
